Next Level Pipeline

Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-23

These terms are an agreement between you and Ted Gjeldum ("we", "us"), who runs Next Level Pipeline (the "site"). Please read them along with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to both.

1. Who can use the site

  • Adults (18 or older): players, parents, guardians, coaches and fans.
  • Players under 18 who are in high school (9th grade or later) or college, but only after a parent or legal guardian links to their family on the site. The parent or guardian agrees to these terms for the player and for themselves, and is responsible for the player's use.
  • The site is not for anyone in middle school or younger, or anyone under 13. Please don't create an account or add a player who is.
  • If you're under 18 and not a player with a linked parent, you can't use the site.

2. Your account

  • Sign in only as yourself, and keep access to your Google account or email secure. You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
  • Give accurate information, especially a player's graduation year and whether he is 18 or older.
  • Tell us right away at tgjeldum@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Families and sharing

  • A family on the site links a player with one or more parents or guardians. Parents can add players, invite them to sign in, and see and change each player's plan.
  • Nothing about a player is shared with college coaches unless the family chooses to share it. For a player under 18, only a linked parent or guardian can make that choice. You can change it at any time.

4. What the site is, and what it isn't

  • The site shows patterns in college baseball, built mostly from publicly posted college rosters. Player moves are inferred from roster movement, counts are minimums, and the data can be incomplete or wrong.
  • The recruiting assistant uses AI. It can make mistakes, so check anything important with the school.
  • The site is information, not a promise. Nothing here guarantees a roster spot, playing time, a scholarship or admission, and nothing here is athletic, academic, financial, medical or legal advice.
  • We are not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, NCCAA, USCAA, or any college, conference or recruiting service, and they don't endorse us.
  • Players, parents and coaches are each responsible for following the recruiting and eligibility rules that apply to them.

5. What you agree not to do

  • Copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or republish the site's data, rankings or scores, or use them to build a competing product.
  • Reverse-engineer the site, get around its limits or security, or overload it.
  • Pretend to be someone else, for example a coach, a parent or a different player.
  • Harass anyone, or use the site to contact or collect information about minors.
  • Enter other people's private information without their permission, or post anything unlawful.

6. What you enter

What you enter (profiles, notes, messages you draft and questions you ask) stays yours. You give us permission to store and use it only to run the site for you and to improve it, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

7. Our site and data

The site, its design, and its data, scores and methods belong to us. You may use them for your own recruiting and personal use.

8. Paid features

Some features may be marked Premium. Before you pay for anything, we'll show the price and terms, and you'll have to agree to them. Nothing on the site costs money right now.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the Family page, or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. We may also change or stop the site, and if we do, we'll try to give you notice.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, including that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the last 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the version date and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

12. Law and disputes

Maryland law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
